The short version: Creative Task collects nothing. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no servers. Everything you write stays in the app’s private storage on your own device, and none of it is ever transmitted anywhere.

This policy explains what Creative Task does and does not do with your information. It applies to the Creative Task Android application published by Intent Studio.
Information we collect
None. We do not collect, transmit, sell, share or store any personal information on any server. Intent Studio has no way to see your notes, tasks, habits, files or any other content you create in the app.
Information the app stores on your device
Everything you create in Creative Task is written to the app’s own private storage area on your device, which other apps cannot read:
- Tasks, projects and their checklists
- Habits and their completion history
- Notes, their formatting and the paper style you chose
- Folders and categories
- Files you attach yourself, and reminder times you set
- App preferences such as theme, font size and alarm settings
This data never leaves the device. It is not backed up to any service we operate. If your device has Android’s own backup feature enabled, Android may include the app’s data in your personal Google backup — that is a function of your device and your Google account, governed by Google’s Privacy Policy, not by us.
Permissions and why they are used

The app declares no storage or media permissions. Attaching a file opens your device’s own system file picker, and the app receives only the single file you select. It cannot browse the rest of your device.
Choosing an alarm sound opens Android’s own ringtone picker. The app stores only a reference to the tone you chose.
Third parties
Creative Task contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, no crash reporting SDKs and no social media SDKs. It makes no network requests of its own, so there is no third party for your data to reach.
Google Play itself may collect installation and crash information as part of operating the Play Store, independently of this app. That is covered by Google’s own policies.
Children
Creative Task is a general-purpose productivity tool and is not directed at children under 13. Because the app collects no information at all, it collects none from children either.
Your control over your data
- Delete any individual task, project, habit, note, folder or attachment from inside the app.
- Uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your device.
- Because we hold nothing, there is no account to close and no data for us to delete on your behalf. If you would like written confirmation of that, ask us at the address below and we will provide it.
Security
Your data is protected by Android’s application sandbox, which prevents other apps from reading Creative Task’s private storage. No data is transmitted, so there is nothing in transit to intercept. Anyone with physical access to an unlocked device can read what is on it, so we recommend keeping a screen lock enabled.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes on Google Play.
